Hi Rotary Energizers!

I am so pleased that you all agreed to be part of the Rotary Energizers!

My job as Team Captain is to "Energize" you to get out there and start recruiting your sponsors.  We have a good start from some of you but I think others need a little push?

One thing that I have found helpful is a personal email to ALL of my friends and family explaining my connection to Coldest Night of the Year and why it's important to me and to our community.  I have found that even people from other communities are willing to donate if they see my passion about supporting the cause.

Another trick that I learned fron Neil is to add a tagline on my email signature to subtley let people know that I am participating in Coldest Night of the Year and providing the Donate link.  This works!  I have had to up my personal goal because I received an unexpected significant contribution from someone who responded to my email tagline.

So far I have set the Team Goal at $4000. but I am sure we can do better.  I summed up our individual goals, then added a bit to make it a stretch goal.  So please go in and make sure that your personal stretch goal is recorded and revise (upwards!) if needed.
