Our Message

Thanks to everyone on the team, and at the Collinwood Curling Club. We have raised the goal we set for the team.

I have all the hats in hand, for everyone that is REGISTERED for the team. If you have NOT registered, please do so today, as I won't have an opportunity to get more hats until you do.

If your significant other, or any friend, is planning on walking as well, can you please have them register for the team. This will help me know how many people will be walking, and make sure they have signed the waiver.

Just a reminder that we are meeting at the Curling Club at 4:30 on Saturday and then walk to the church to start the walk at 5pm. We will then make our way back to the club and have a pot luck, so please bring something to share.

See you then, and thank you again for your amazing fundraising efforts.

I am having trouble logging onto the site, so am posting here. I am suggesting that we arrive at the club today BEFORE 4:30, so that you have time to drop off your things for the pot luck, grab your toque (I have them all), and potentially your curling broom. It is about 20 minutes walk to the church, and I would like to be there by 4:50. Please let me know if you are NOT coming to the club first, so that we don't wait for you. We will leave the club as close to 4:30 as possible. Thanks

Hey team. So looking forward to the 22nd. We are getting close to the finish line. May I suggest that we all wear something that represents us as curlers? Bring our brooms? Wear our jackets? Nametags? I am up for suggestions. Also, can everyone bring something to nibble on, for when we get back to the club, to go with our well deserved beverage. Let me know your thoughts.
