Good morning,

Thank you for joining us on this Coldest Day of the Year Walk to raise funds for a very deserving organization, Helping Hands in Cochrane.  

Here are important details for Saturday.

4:00 pm: Meet Check-in (SLS Centre - Riverside Entrance)
4:45 pm: Muster Gather for Opening Remarks
5:00 pm: Move Send-off
6:00 pm: Munch Light meal served
7:00 pm: Mosey Goodbye see you in 2026!

What to bring:
- A cell phone for emergencies (recommended but not required)
- Good waterproof shoes/boots for walking
- Warm coat and mitts/gloves
- Extra snacks if you have allergies or food sensitivities
- Your own water bottle

IMPORTANT INFO
Can I ask each of you to add a West Fraser Pledge amount of $100 to your personal fundraising goal.  It's really easy to do. 

Just log into your account and click on the "Enter $$ or Cheques" tab. (see attachment)

Fill out our business information; West Fraser Cochrane, 305 Griffin Road W, Cochrane, AB T4C 2C4 (email: cos-ap@westfraser.com).  Click Submit.  Your total should reflect the $100 you added. 

West Fraser's payment will get deposited to each walker.

WEST FRASER is also a REST STOP Sponsor, Catriona will be manning the rest spot station handing out snacks and we plan to take a group photo at that spot, so let's stick together.
