It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. 

Together with thousands of Canadians across the country. Once again, John and I will be walking and fundraising for the SOUTH EAST GREY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE as well as the United Way to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community,  

The SOUTH EAST GREY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE is a very special place. The centre supports individuals with no family doctor or whose doctor is out of region including seniors, children and youth, the economically disadvantaged, individuals with mental illness/addictions, people with mental and physical disabilities, pregnant women and families, and those most in need in our community. As well as primary health care, the centre provides many other auxiliary wellness programs including (but not limited to) pickleball for our community. I’m honoured to sit on their Board of Directors.
