I’m so proud to be part of Oasis, a wonderful grassroots, community-based, member-led program that helps older adults age well by staying connected, eating nutritious meals, and staying active.

Oasis focuses on reducing social isolation and promoting healthy nutrition and physical activity. This is proactive health care at its best! Thanks to amazing researchers, we know this approach truly makes a big difference in the health and happiness of older adults.

As the Event Director and Team Lead, I’m truly looking forward to Saturday, September 20, when I’ll be joining The Grand Parade walk to raise funds for Oasis—and every dollar raised will stay right here in Kingston to support our local seniors.
