On September 20, 2025, we're walking and fundraising to support elders in our Lake Country community. 

Funds raised will support Lake Country Health programs, including system navigation, technology assistance, meal delivery, housekeeping and yard maintenance, visitor/caller and driving services—initiatives that promote connection and independence to age with dignity.
