I’m leading a team for Ride for Refuge 2025, and I’m calling on passionate changemakers like you to ride, walk, or fundraise in support of FCJ Refugee Centre—an organization that has been a lifeline for thousands of uprooted people for over 30 years.

Every day, FCJ Refugee Centre walks alongside refugees, precarious migrants, and undocumented individuals as they navigate immense challenges to rebuild their lives in Canada. Last year alone, the Centre supported over 10,000 individuals through vital services including:

Shelter for women and children fleeing violence or homelessness

Legal support & information for refugee claims and immigration processes

Food security programs ensuring families don’t go hungry

Youth mentorship, education access, and anti-trafficking support

Community-based workshops and advocacy to break down systemic barriers

Our work is rooted in equity, dignity, and justice, and we believe that no one should face these challenges alone.
