On September 20, 2025, we are walking and fundraising to support the creation of an Abbeyfield house in central Ottawa. The Abbeyfield model of seniors housing provides independent seniors with community living accommodation in a home-like environment at a cost middle-income people can afford. The Board of Abbeyfield Riverside aims to establish a new Abbeyfield home in central Ottawa within the next 3-5 years. We are all walking in the Grand Parade!
