Coldest Night of the Year is about more than fundraising, it’s about community, connection, and showing up together. This walk is a chance for our staff to step out of our day-to-day roles and experience the support, care, and acceptance that our community so generously offers to The Lighthouse.
We’re walking to build camaraderie with one another, to feel welcomed and encouraged by the community that stands behind this work, and to share in an event where people gather simply to say, we care. Whether you walk fast or slow, chat along the route, or just soak in the atmosphere, this night is about being together and feeling supported.
We would love for past and present staff, their families and friends to join us, not as fundraisers (but it's ok if you fundraise too!) , but as a team, walking side by side, experiencing the warmth of community on the coldest night of the year.
