Coldest Night of the Year – Invitation from Cheltenham Fire Station 304

Join us in supporting vulnerable people in our community!

🚒 From Your Local Firefighters at Station 304

We’re inviting you, our neighbours, to join us in warming the community. Station 304 is proud to lead this year’s CNOY efforts, and we’d love your support.

💙 Why Participate?

The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a family-friendly walk supporting Caledon Community Services. There are many meaningful ways that neighbours and businesses can get involved:

✔️ Donate Online

The easiest way to help! Donations through the CNOY website go directly toward community support. Go to CNOY.org and search 304 Fire Crew. Early donations can be used as 2025 charitable tax contributions or even as a heartfelt Christmas gift.

✔️ Create or Join a Team

Build momentum and increase local impact by forming a team of friends, family, or co‑workers.

✔️ Matching Donations

Businesses or individuals can amplify fundraising by matching donations brought in during our neighbourhood events.

✔️ Support Our Events

Participate in activities leading up to the main walk on February 28th, or contribute prizes and items for our silent auction.

🔥 Station 304: Warming the Community

Station 304 has never backed down from a challenge and we won’t now. Help us warm the community. Even $20 warms a neighbour. Small donations make a big difference, and early contributions can be used for 2025 tax receipts or given as a from-the-heart Christmas gift.

💛 A Spark That Lit a Fire

Last year, our team got an unexpected surge of energy from one of Caledon Fire’s newest recruits, Evan.

Eager, competitive, and determined to prove himself, he quickly turned our CNOY efforts into something none of us expected. What started as a friendly push became a full-on motivation engine that spread through the crew. Evan talked about the walk constantly, encouraged donations, challenged us, teased us, and reminded us why the cause mattered.

Because of that spark and the way the team rallied we raised over $18,000.

But it wasn’t just the money. It was the feeling of doing something meaningful together firefighters supporting people facing the cold. It just felt right.

🔥 Carrying the Flame Forward

This year, we’re honouring that momentum. We’re stepping back onto the Coldest Night route with a bigger goal and an even bigger heart.

Our new target: $20,000. Not for bragging rights but because the need in our community is real. People are hurting, and the warmth we can bring truly matters.

Evan gave us the spark last year. This year, we’re carrying the flame forward together as the 304 Fire Crew: Warming the Community.

🤝 Let’s Make This Year Even Bigger!

Your participation big or small creates real change for those facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
