Welcome to the Northern Hearts team! 💙❄️

Our team was created for one reason...to show warmth, compassion, and community spirit to people in Thunder Bay who need it most.

On February 28, 2026, we’ll be walking in the Coldest Night of the Year in support of Grace Place. An amazing organziation that offers meals, clothing, emergency care, addiction support, and a safe community for people facing hurt, hunger, poverty, and homelessness.

Walking in the cold gives us just a glimpse of what many experience every single day. Fundraising helps Grace Place continue to show love, dignity, and hope to our neighbours.

If you’d like to make a difference, we would love for you to do any of the following: 

1. Join Northern Hearts and walk with us, from anywhere!

You don’t need to be in Thunder Bay to be part of our team.
Whether you’re in Thunder Bay, elsewhere in Ontario(in fact, our Team Captain is a teacher in Nibinamik First Nation!), across Canada, or anywhere in the world, you can walk in your own community on event day while supporting people in need on Febraury 28th! 

2. Raise funds to support Grace Place

3. Donate to anyone on our team to help us reach our goal 🙏

4. Share our page to spread the word
