It's cold out there and this February 28, 2026 Peterborough and Kawarthas against Hate is going to do something about it. Together with thousands of people across Canada, we're walking and fundraising to support and serve people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community. We will be gathering at The Bridge Youthe Centre - 256 Brock St,  and will be walking at 5pm.

Who are Peterborough and the Kawarthas United Against Hate? We are community members of Nogojiwanong/ Peterborough and the Kawarthas. We are Indigenous, we are Communities of Colour, we are LGBTQ , we are Feminists, we are Differently Abled, and we are of many Faiths and Peoples. Many of us come from the Labour Movement, but we extend well beyond it. We stand together against hate and mobilize against it.
