We are the Independent Team; more specifically Transitional Housing. Each year Transitional Housing houses over one dozen youth at risk of homelessness and 88% percent of youth whom stayed over 3 months or more sucessfully completed our program. CNOY is one of the major contributing factors in our ability to serve youth at risk of homelessness.
