The Slave Lake and Area Mental Health Network is excited to help Northern Haven Support Society raise funds for a new program called Community Kitchen Share. This new program will be used to help women as they leave abusive situations learn cooking skills, have food security, learn about finances, etc. Economic abuse is the most common type of family violence, and this program aims to give women the skills they need to build a life after family violence.
