It's cold out there and very snowy winter.  This March Chaplains at the Collins Bay Institution Medium will motivate Inmates to walk with them and to raise funds for local charity.  Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, we're part of the national event  "Coldest Night of the Year" and fundraising to support and serve people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community.
