Our Message

On June 24, 2018, thousands of cyclists will come together to celebrate mental health for all Canadians while raising $1,700,000 for mental health programs and services – and my team will be among them!

On June 24, 2018, the  Canadian Mental Health Association’s Ride Don’t Hide event will be taking place across Canada to raise funds for mental health programs and initiatives. Thousands of cyclists will come together tosupport mental health for all Canadians while raising $1,700,000 – and our team will be there!

Our team is proud to participate in Ride Don’t Hide 2018 and we invite you to show your support with a donation, by joining our team or by joining us in spirit as a fundraising virtual rider. 

Together we can end the stigma of mental illness.

Thank you to everyone who donates to this important cause. We all likely know someone whose had to deal with a mental health issue and it's one of the most difficult kinds of illnesses because, many times, it's practically invisible - but not to the patient and their family. Thank you again to all our supporters!!!
