Full-Day Skill building Workshop on Family Centred Care

What this workshop offers:

Skills training to professionals who interact with families caring for individuals impacted by mental health and/or addiction issues.

This workshop will:

  • Highlight best practices in family-centred care.
  • Explore parallel situations of professionals practicing self-care.
  • Provide first han experiences of family members who will share their story.

About the Facilitator: Sabrina Baker, MSW, RSW

Sabrina is a registered social worker dedicated to promoting recovery with families whose relatives have mental health issues through support, education and counseling.
With over thirty years in the mental health sector, Sabrina's specialty is in family-centred care and family therapy.
Sabrina is a published author and a member of the Ontario Working Group for Early Psychosis Intervention, member of the training group for OWGEPI and a member of the Toronto Early Intervention Family Network.
