Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Prostate Cancer Canada at the Do it for Dads Walk Run event. This Volunteer Form will only take a few minutes to complete.

Please complete the entire Volunteer Form to be eligible for a volunteer position. All information will be treated as strictly confidential. Please be advised that completing the volunteer form does not ensure acceptance into the volunteer program.

• Tear Down
• Registration
• Logistics Volunteer
• Team Photo and Information Booth
• Food and Beverage Service
• Greeter and Parking Lot
• Route Marshal and Cheer Sqaud
• Route Captain
• Volunteer Services and Floater
• Kids Zone

Without you, we wouldn’t be able to support the 70 Canadian men diagnosed each day, enable life-changing research for the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Canadian men, and create awareness that will help save more lives.
