ABOUT US

AnimaPlus Snout and About

The AnimaPlus Snout and About is an annual walk organized by AnimaPlus Veterinary Group  and the Montreal SPCA. The goal is to create a fun-filled day with educational, family-focused activities, all while raising much needed funds for the Montreal SPCA.

Since the very first walk in 2011, Montrealers have made it an annual tradition to come in ever-increasing numbers with family, friends, and four-legged companions.

This year’s goal is to raise $50,000. All donations from this event will go toward caring for rescued and abandoned animals. The Montreal SPCA relies almost exclusively on donations from the public to carry out its work.

AnimaPlus Veterinary Hospitals

AnimaPlus Veterinary Group Inc. is the result of a partnership between five veterinary hospitals, the Laurier Veterinary Hospital in (Montreal), the La Perdriolle Veterinary Hospital (Île-Perrot), the Lac St-François Veterinary Hospital (Les Côteaux),  the Regional Veterinary Hospital (Gatineau), and the Montée Paiement Veterinary Hospital (Gatineau). The partnership between these veterinary hospitals allows the group to offer better veterinarian availability, a wide range of services, and a profound engagement in the communities where Anima-Plus operates.

AnimaPlus has a state-of-the-art expertise in veterinary services for cats, dogs, and all exotic animals.

The AnimaPlus Veterinary Group Inc. continues its quest for excellence in the quality of care for its patients. As such, each hospital in the AnimaPlus Group must submit to a rigorous accreditation exercise from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

The Montreal SPCA

Since its foundation in 1869, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Montreal is a Canadian registered charity with the mission to protect animals against negligence, to ensure their well-being, to raise public awareness, and to help develop compassion for all living creatures.

Every year, we care for nearly 15,000 abandoned animals.

They thank you for your support!
