Our 14th annual 'Cystic Fibrosis Canada GearUp4CF' ride will leave from the Lower Mainland on Saturday, June 22, 2019, and we need volunteers like you to help us out with this event at the starting point, along the route, at pit stops and at the end of each day.

• Registration - set up tents, tables, chairs, snacks and materials at the starting point
• Route Markers - direct riders at start/end which direction to go - arrow sign. *Must have a vehicle. Must wear a high visibility vest.
• Pit Stops - cheering on the riders as they come in for refreshments, helping to set up the tent and tables.
