REFUND POLICY
- If a camp does not fill its minimum required capacity one week prior to its start date, Timberwolves Athletics and UNBC reserve the right to cancel the camp and refund the registration fees in full.
- If the participant needs to withdraw from a camp; a refund may be given up to one week prior to registered camp start date, minus a $25.00 admin fee. No refunds will be issued for a withdrawal from a camp with less than one week notice prior to the registered camp start date.
- A refund may be considered if a participant has a medical condition that does not allow them to safely continue participating in the registered camp. A doctor’s note must be provided upon withdrawal from the camp. The participant may be subject to a $25.00 admin fee.
CAMP TRANSFER POLICY
Camp transfers will be considered by Timberwolves Athletics administration but is dependent on registration numbers.
Payment indicates your acceptance of our above policies.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Through the completion of this online registration you give permission to your child to participate in the University of Northern British Columbia’s (UNBC) Timberwolves Athletics Sports Camp Program.
In the event of an accident or injury, I authorize UNBC to provide or cause to be provided such medical services as the UNBC medical personnel consider appropriate.
Timberwolves Athletics/UNBC reserves the right to refuse further participation to any participant for rule infractions.
I understand the Refund and Camp Transfer Policy as noted.
I give Timberwolves Athletics/UNBC my consent to take photographs/videos of my child and reproduce such photographs/videos for use in Timberwolves Athletics/ UNBC promotional materials or publications.
