Winning bidders will receive a confirmation from Givergy on our behalf. All items must be picked up by the winning bidder in person at Cystic Fibrosis Canada, 301-3185 Willingdon Green, Burnaby, BC V5G 4P3 (near BCIT). Please bring ID and proof of payment with you when you pick up your items, as payment is required before receiving the auction items. If you are sending someone on your behalf, please forward the paid confirmation email and their name to bcinfo@cysticfibrosis.ca.
Items paid for in full will be available for pick up beginning on Monday, November 4, 2019. All items must be picked up by Friday, November 29, 2019. Items may be picked up from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on November 11 for Remembrance Day.
If you would like to send a courier to pick up your package, please contact our friendly team by emailing bcinfo@cysticfibrosis.ca or call 604-436-1158 ext 105 to discuss details. Courier pickup must be arranged by the winning bidder at their own expense.
All sales are final. There will be no exchange or refund. All values are approximate, and all items are sold “as is” and must be used before the expiry date, unless otherwise stated.
