There are two main types of rooms, some with bunk beds and some with double beds. We will be randomly assigning rooms unless there is a specific need for one or the other (such as bringing families, accessibility needs, etc.). Is there anything else you’d like to share?

You are responsible for travel costs to and from the retreat, and JOIN will work to support carpooling, coordinating rides to/from the airport and train stations. JOIN is committed to making this retreat financially accessible, and we have set aside limited funding to support participants’ travel to and from the retreat. If you would like to request a travel subsidy, please email Tali Smookler at by December 10. How will you be traveling to the retreat?

Where will you be traveling in from (city and state), and what station/airport are you traveling into (if not driving)? We will do our best to coordinate shuttles/carpools for those travelling by train, bus, or plane, and to coordinate rides for those driving in from nearby. We will be in touch with all participants in the next couple of months to support coordinating this.
