Cystic Fibrosis

Ride for the Breath of Life is a motorcycle ride that welcomes all riders and takes place in different locations, and on different dates across Canada. Please register and find the event nearest you!

Cystic fibrosis (CF), which attacks the lungs and the digestive system, is the most common, fatal, genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. Cystic Fibrosis Canada is a world leader in the fight against CF. Canadian researchers discovered the gene responsible for cystic fibrosis in 1989 and they continue to play a leading role in the race to develop new treatments for the disease.

The funds raised through the Ride for the Breath of Life support cystic fibrosis research and care.
