Hello Friends and Family, 



I am participating in this years Outrun the Stigma charity race in support of Distress Centre Calgary and In memory of Jessica Izquierdo, a former classmate and friend, who we sadly lost on September 10th, 2018.  Outrun the Stigma is an annual 5k walk/10k run that aims to reduce mental health stigma. Distress Centre Calgary provides 24/7 crisis support, professional counselling and 211 referrals, all at no cost.  I appreciate any donation you can contribute to help me reach my goal.
