A memorial fund has been established to honour the legacy of Mr. Edmond G. Odette.

   

Mr. Odette was one of Sunnybrook’s closest friends and a leading Canadian philanthropist. With his wife Gloria, who predeceased him, Mr. Odette made a landmark gift to cancer care and research at Sunnybrook in 2007, which led to the naming of the Edmond Odette Cancer Centre. Mr. Odette and his family have long been valued supporters of a wide range of Sunnybrook programs – including heart and imaging – and have truly been ambassadors of the hospital.

This is sad news for the entire Sunnybrook community, and we offer our condolences and support to Mr. Odette’s family and friends during this difficult time.
