Pan American Maccabi Games, Mexico City, Mexico, July 2019
     

Thank you for your interest in becoming an athlete on the Canadian
Team to the Pan American Maccabi Games, Mexico City 2019.

All athletes interested in participating in the Pan American Maccabi Games must apply on line to be eligible to be considered for the team.

Please note you can apply for more than one sport if desired, but if selected you will only be eligible to compete in one sport. Each sport requires a separate application.

Once this application is completed, our National Office will review it and you will be contacted with tryout information. We encourage you to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page before completing this application.

Junior athletes (under 19) must have a signed guardian consent form in order to tryout.

Athletes must be available to travel to Mexico City between July 4th and July 15th, 2019*.  All athletes must be available to participate in a training camp which will take place 2 to 3 days prior to departure.

Some sports, including golf, are subject to additional tryout fees. Please complete this registration and you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.

Filing this application confers no rights to me and the acceptance of the application is always subject to rejection even after the selection process. Furthermore, for valuable consideration received, I hereby release Maccabi Canada, its officers, directors, employees, agents, servants and volunteers from any and all liability and claims which may arise from the application or the selection process utilized to appoint members of the Canadian Team, including any and all claims arising out of personal injuries or damages from any cause whatsoever. The fee for this application is non refundable.
