Chalice's mission is to "bring Christ to the poor and the poor to Christ". Through meaningful service and interaction, our mission team will have a greater understanding of both the challenges we face as brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as our capacity (with God's grace) to respond with love and support.
The Chalice Haiti North Sponsor Site opened in 2002, is run by a local NGO, and sponsors 1623 children, caring for each of them, their families, and the wider community. The mission of Haiti North is to "improve the quality of life, encourage social responsibility, and promote cultural sharing through the creation of opportunities for dialogue and building of relationships for the spiritual, social, and cultural development in our community".
