PacificSport Vancouver Island’s Sport, Community, & Inclusion Fund

PacificSport Vancouver Island (PSVI) is a not-for-profit regional sport hub that leads athlete, coach, and community services on Vancouver Island. PSVI provides dedicated support to more than 100 registered athletes and coaches, in addition to hosting community and inclusion-based programming for people of all ages and abilities in its region. Through partnerships with recreation departments, school districts, health authorities, and local sport organizations, PacificSport Vancouver Island delivers programming with the goal of improving the quality of sport and physical activity in our communities.

Your support will help fund PSVI’s operating expenses including coaching, training, and facility costs allowing PSVI to make its programs more affordable and accessible to its athletes.

Administered by Sport BC, the BC Amateur Sport Fund ("BCASF") is the BC chapter of the Canadian Council of Provincial & Territorial Sport Federations ("CCPTSF"), a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association with charitable status (CRA number 88938 6868 RR0001). The CCPTSF was established in 1980 to benefit amateur sport across Canada by supporting projects like this. The BCASF was previously known as the “National Sport Trust Fund”, or “NSTF”. The Fund changed its name in August 2019 to more accurately reflect its fundraising and granting activities.
