Over 100,000 Canadians are living with lymphoma. Join us this September by taking 100,000 steps in support of lymphoma patients.

Every year thousands of people in Canada are diagnosed with lymphoma – let's do what we can to advocate for better treatment options, to invest in research, to educate and bring awareness about the disease.

REGISTER YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL

  • Select 'register as an individual' and follow the prompts.
  • Set your fundraising goal.
  • Create a personal page with impact to encourage your network to donate to your campaign.
  • Create a personal story, include the reason you have joined the event, add photos and videos.
  • Send your link and start fundraising!

  • Once you register, a link will be shared with your email to connect to our MoveSpring virtual track
  • Select a fitness device (Compatible devices include: Fitbit, Apple Watch, iPhone, Apple Health, Wear OS by Google, android, Google Fit, Garmin, Withings, and Misfit) and download the MoveSpring app.
  • Starting on September 15 you can track your progress on the virtual track. You have until September 30 to complete this challenge
