We aim to bring affordable housing to the underserved rural north county, in the form of community-centered construction that prioritizes those who have experienced or are vulnerable to homelessness. We envision a model that offers residents the opportunity to gain equity in the context of stable and meaningful relationships.

Smith-Barbieri Progressive Fund is the fiscal sponsor for Village Cohousing Works. 100% of your donation benefits Village Cohousing Works. All associated fees and overhead is absorbed by the Fund as part of their commitment to supporting this important cause.
