Not that long ago Ontario was experiencing severe weather, including record low temps and snow accumulations. No doubt you were properly dressed for the elements and enjoyed a warm and cozy home when not outside braving the elements…. Now, imagine those who aren’t properly dressed and without a warm home to go to. What do they do? Exactly, whatever they can do and I can assure you when they ‘do’ it’s a matter of survival.
To that end I’ll be walking in this years COLDEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR fundraiser again, raising money for EAST WELLINGTON COMMUNITY SERVICES and for those they serve who know exactly what the “coldest night of the year” actually feels like. The money raised will go towards EWCS programs supporting seniors, youth, OUTREACH and mental health, transportation and OUR FOOD BANKS in Erin and ROCKWOOD. Please ‘click’ on the link below…. Your donation will be your first step on the path of making a difference for those who are truly in need…..
My goal is to raise $2000.00 and if you could see your way to helping me achieve this goal, I’ll be eternally grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this missive and know your donation will certainly make the difference in the lives of many….
Sincerely,
Brett
