I'm a crucial part of the Independent Team; more specifically Transitional Housing. Each donation that is provided during coldest night of the year is assisting in the operational costs of Transitional Housing. Not only does your donation go towards the operational costs, but to ensure fundamental resources are provided for Youth and Young Adults whom are experiencing or are at risk of facing homelessness. Last year, Transitional served over one dozen at youth at risk of homelessness and 88% of those youth who maximized their stay over 3 months or longer successfully completed the program.
