Practice-Based Research and Innovation: Front-line staff inventing the future of care
Scientists and physicians aren’t alone in conducting life-changing research at Sunnybrook. Front-line health professionals who care for patients every day are ideally placed to identify gaps and propose improvements. Sunnybrook’s Practice-Based Research and Innovation (PBRI) Strategy invites our health professionals to apply for research seed grants or innovation fellowships to conduct research aimed at enhancing patient care. PBRI allows them the opportunity to learn, conduct research, and launch quality improvement projects to help with the care we provide our patients and families.
