ABOUT THE INDY CYCLING CHALLENGE

This exclusive chance for cycling enthusiasts to team up and experience the Honda Indy Toronto race track like never before. Teams will cycle 12 laps of the closed track (a 2.89km lap) that passes the Prince's Gates, BMO Field and offers scenic views along the Lakeshore.

July 13, 2017 at the Honda Indy Toronto Track (Exhibition Place,Toronto)
Registration opens at 2 p.m. and the first race starts at 4 p.m.

Entry is $250 per cyclist - This is a team event!
Teams must raise a minimum of $5,000 collectively.
Don't have a full team? We can place you into a similarly matched speed team as an individual.

Indy Cycling Challenge Olympic Ambassador

Curt Harnett Curt Harnett is a four-time Olympian, three time Olympic medalist in Track Cycling. He also earned medals at the World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Pan American Games during his 14 year career. Curt was the Chef de Mission for Team Canada at the 2015 Toronto Pan American Games and, most recently, the Chef de Mission for Team Canada at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. We are thrilled to have Curt help support Prostate Cancer Canada at the Indy Cycling Challenge!

Steve Fleck is one of the leading Endurance Sports Race/Event Announcers in North America for cycling, running and triathlon races and events. It's a natural extension of life spent, running, cycling and racing triathlons since his mid-teens. He lives in Aurora, Ontario with his wife, and their dog, Gravy!

Registration Details

Registration cost is $250 per cyclist
A team consists of 4 adults (19+)

Event Day registration will open at 2 p.m.

Women's Challenge Details:

Women's Indy Cycling Challenge race will start at 4:00 p.m.
Women's teams must be made up of 4 women (19+)
Team members should be able to average 26km/hour
Each cyclist will race 3 lap
s (8.67km) - Team total of 34.68km
In total the team will race 12 laps and will follow a set order 
Team members will wait in the "Pit Stop" while their team member races

Men's Challenge Details:

Men's Indy Cycling Challenge race will start at 5:30 p.m.
Men's teams must be made up of 4 men (19+)
Team members should be able to average 28km/hour
Each cyclist will race 3 lap
s (8.67km) - Team total of 34.68km
In total the team will race 12 laps and will follow a set order 
Team members will wait in the "Pit Stop" while their team member races

Corporate Challenge Details:

The Corporate Indy Cycling Challenge race will start at 7:00 p.m.
Corporate teams can be made up of 4 cyclists
Men and women (19+), Co-ed teams welcome

Team members should be able to average 24km/hour
Each cyclist will race 3 lap
s (8.67km) - Team total of 34.68km
In total the team will race 12 laps and will follow a set order 
Team members will wait in the "Pit Stop" while their team member races
