Cystic Fibrosis Canada is one of the world’s top charitable organizations committed to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis, and is an internationally recognized leader in funding CF research, innovation, healthcare and managing a national registry. Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s vision is a world without CF, but currently, there are more than 4,200 Canadians living with CF. In 1960, the majority of Canadians with CF did not live to see their 5th birthday. The median age of survival for an individual born with CF today is 53.3 years.
