Where do I check in on event day?

Each event is different, so it is best to visit the race website (linked in the name on the main listing) for this detail. 

I collected cash and cheques for my RaceHD participation. How do I submit these donations?

Login to your fundraising page. Click on 'My Fundraising' and 'Manage Sponsors'. Here you can then choose 'Manage cash or cheque' and enter the information requested. Click 'Add donation'. You can then mail the cheque to the Huntington Society of Canada (151 Frederick Street, Suite 400, Kitchener ON, N2H 2M2). If the donation is cash, you can pay for the donation using your credit card in the website, but make sure to notify us if the individual requested a tax receipt.

I believe I raised enough for a tshirt/hoodie/jacket. How do I receive this?

Congratulations! Someone should be in touch from our team, otherwise you can contact events@huntingtonsociety.ca. If you'd like to have your item before the event (so you can wear it to the race!) we recommend contacting us at least 3 weeks before your event. Otherwise, we will deliver the item after your event. 

I'd like to participate in a race that is not listed here. Can I still fundraise for HSC?

Absolutely! Our list includes just a few races you can participate in as part of RaceHD. Contact our team with the date, location, name, and website for your race. We will then add it to the list so you can set up your fundraising page!
