We Move to Give children a strong start and a bright future

• Providing licensed Child Care to over 4,000 families,
• Sending 2,200 children to camp
• Ensuring over 5,500 children access swimming lessons

We Move to Give Youth opportunities to meet their full potential

• Providing outreach support, counselling and training to over 1200 youth
• Helping hundreds of youth earn certifications and high school credits through YMCA programs
• Over 4,000 youth are building healthy habits and social supports through Health, Fitness and Aquatics memberships

We Move to Give our neighbours the chance at a new beginning

• The Y's Employment Services work with over 5,000 unemployed and underemployed individuals every year
• YMCA Immigrant Services welcomed over 1,700 new Canadians this year offering settlement services, English classes and a "home away from home"
• Partnership programs with local hospitals and health services allow the Y to offer rehabilitation programs for individuals recovering from cancer, cardiac incidents and living with chronic conditions such as COPD
