How to Sign Up and Fundraise

Click pink REGISTER NOW button in on the lefthand side of the page, under the description of the event.
If you have participated in the Cycle Against Cancer, you can register with your old login info. If you can’t remember it, just click on “Forgot Your Username or Password?” to reset it.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to choose a registration type.
Registration Type: click on Create a Team
Create a name for the team and set a goal (we ask for a goal of at least $1,000, please!)
From there you will enter your personal information and create your account on the fundraising site. This will allow you to login and see your fundraising progress. You can also personalize your fundraising page with your own photos and/or text. From there, you can also craft personalized emails to be sent out with the link to your personal page within those emails.

Search for the Team you want to join
From there you will enter your personal information and create your account on the fundraising site. This will allow you to login and see your fundraising progress. You can also personalize your fundraising page with your own photos and/or text. From there, you can also craft personalized emails to be sent out with the link to your personal page within those emails.

Login to your profile
The home page of the dashboard should say Welcome!
It will have buttons underneath the word Welcome – Get Donations, My Fundraising, Thank Donors, and Tell-A-Friend.
Select Get Donations and you will be taken to a page with a template e-mail that you can send out. If this is your first time using the system, you will need to enter the e-mail addresses. You can either enter them manually or import them via the little address book icon on the right.
You can personalize the e-mail, if you want or send it out as is. The e-mail will include a link for people to give directly to your personal fundraising page.
The My Fundraising button will take you to a page where you can edit your personal page, add pictures and videos, and fundraise. To fundraise on the My Fundraising page, click “Get Donors” at the top of the page. This will take you to the Get Donations page.
If you want to get people to join your team, click the Recruit Friends button on your dashboard home. This is a similar setup to asking for donations (template e-mail, option to e-mail your friends, etc), however, the link that is in this e-mail is for joining the team, not donating to it.
If you need to get back to the dashboard home, simply click “Home” in the lefthand menu.

Login to your profile
In the lefthand menu, there is a box that says “Team.”
From there you can e-mail your current team members, recruit new ones, and edit your team page. You can also thank donors that have made a donation directly to your team (rather than an individual.)

Click on the blue SEARCH button
You will be brought to a page with two tabs – Individual Search and Team Search
Search for the rider or team that you would like to sponsor.
Once you have located the person or team you would like to sponsor, click on their name
You should now be on that person’s individual fundraising page or the team’s fundraising page (depending on which you chose), so click on the Donate Now button and proceed from there.
