CYCLEFIT
Join us for an energetic, invigorating cycle session. Times are 9:00 am or 10:00 am. Registration is required

CYCLEFIT TEAM CHALLENGE
There is strength in numbers! Gather a group of up to 6 co-workers, friends, family or fellow members. Take turns cycling throughout the session. 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Registration is required.

KICK-A-THON
Join us as we kick our way through raising funds to help support the YMCA of Oakville. Our instructors are sure to make you move and sweat in these 2 hours of Taekwondo. 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Registration is required.

MEGATHON
From June 10-14, our Childcare programs and centres across Oakville will be getting active and raising money for the YMCA Oakville Move for Kids. This mega week of activities will inspire children and families to get up and move for a better Oakville.
