WALK – RUNNING – ROAD BIKE
For WALKERS
Walk 5 km with your family and friends on one of the most beautiful urban trails in Montréal. Support cancer research and meet the challenge!

The IRIC also offers participants the option to raise funds to support cancer research.
For RUNNERS
Run 5 km or 10 km on a unique circuit at the top of Mount Royal. Support cancer research and meet the challenge!

Cost: $50 (T-shirt, bottle, water stations, professional timing, medal and breakfast included)

For CYCLISTS
Ride on the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal’s circuit and support cancer research. Meet the challenge!
Time: 7 30 a.m.

Cost: $125 (Cycling jersey, bottle, cycling escorts, water station, medal and breakfast included)
The IRIC also offers participants the option to raise funds to support cancer research.
Participants who took advantage of the student rebate must show their student card.
We recommend to all the participants to arrive at the site at least 45 minutes before the departure.
DÉFIS DU PARC

RUNNING - ROAD BIKE – MOUNTAIN BIKE – TRIATHLON – DUATHLON
The 11th edition of les Défis du Parc will be held August 25th through August 27th, 2017. Road bike sporting events are offered (Gran Fondo Sugoi-Vélo Mag 145 km, Cyclosportive Vélo Mag 105 km and 60 km), as well as mountain bike (Défi de montagne Desjardins 40 km), running (Défis Go Sport 5 km, 10km, 15 km and the unique 30 km on rolling forest trails), and the Défi des Petits for children between 3 and 11 years old.
The Défis du Parc will be welcoming IRIC Great Challenges Against Cancer participants for the eight consecutive year in one of the most beautiful national parks in Canada.
The Salon des Défis will be presented Friday,, August 25th at the La Mauricie National Park and will launch the activities by gathering many exhibitor for the sport community.
Suggested fundraising amount for all the activities: $ 500
