Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles so you can shimmy and shake your way to fun in the pool.

Yoga Moves & Grooves

Yoga Moves and Grooves is a low-impact option that incorporates elements of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises with free-form and fluid movement. Yoga Moves and Grooves is a fun, non-intimidating way to experience the benefits of yoga while also allowing the individual to have creative expression through movement.

This fusion of fluid movement, music and breathing is for anyone interested in exploring movement, yoga flow and music and is geared to all levels of yoga practice. Yoga Moves and Grooves includes both aerobic component and relaxation components to cultivate a very mindful awareness of being in the present moment.

80s Theme Cycle

This cycle class includes warm up, a variety of hills, drills, sprints and more, as well as a cool down and stretch. Expect to ride hard to 80's MUSIC and a DJ! Instruction will be based on the use of POWER/WATTS, RPM, and INTENSITY. Expect to burn big calories! Class is appropriate and safe for all levels.

Aqua Walk/Jog

An effective workout in the pool for all ages and fitness levels. The movements can be done in either the shallow water or moving into the deeper water which allow all the aerobic benefits without the impact on joints. This special class will have the bonus of theme music throughout the class so you can have fun and splash and sing your way to a fitter you.

Candlelight Yoga

Indulge in the ultimate yoga experience combining gentle yoga poses, strengthening yoga poses with longer holds, a luxurious restorative Savasana and add in candlelight to soothe the soul. Slowly glide through various yoga posture sequences designed to move the spine in all directions by practicing backbends, forward bends, twists and inversions allowing for deep relaxation, with a focus on breathing and mindful meditation. This class will assist you in quieting the mind and rejuvenating the body. Chairs will be available as well.

Pedal Power Cycle

This interval training cycle class includes warm up, varies in elements of hills, drills, sprints and more while including components of strength and core work. Great music with a DJ will keep you geared up! Instruction will be based on the use of POWER/WATTS, RPM, and INTENSITY. Expect to burn big calories! Class is appropriate and safe for all levels.
